I received several estimates from different companies. I’m so thankful I decided on MTP Construction. Martin and his crew did a magnificent job renovating our basement. The crew (Carl and Thomas) was very professional and always showed up on time. They were able to do a smaller job that I asked to have done too. MTP Construction met all our objectives and delivered on every detail of our huge basement.
MTP Construction was able to deliver. End Results: A wonderful family entertainment area for our basement! MTP Construction will be my first choice for any future projects.

MTP Construction was a no-brainer work with; they were professional, detailed oriented and affordable. They totally built my kitchen from scratch as well as replaced my front door.
Martin and his crew were incredibly focused and provided extra insight in helping with all design aspects of our kitchen.
We would refer them to just about anybody and will hire them again for even the smallest of jobs (replacing the door)

Martin and his team were professional throughout the entire process. Martin takes the time to review the work to be performed , answer any and all questions and is very accommodating to make changes to the scope of work, if needed. He itemizes the work to performed so there is no confusion or second guessing. His team was on-time, professional and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Highly recommend MTP Construction for any type of home improvement inside or out!

I would love to share details of my experience however I was not even given the chance to work with them. I called to set up an appt for an estimate and was told that they won''t be my cheapest bid and prefer to not even meet with me. I didn't even share my budget yet so how do they know what I was willing to spend. I've never heard of this before and that's a pretty pathetic way to run your business.

I have known the proprietors of MTP Construction, both personally and professionally for a very long time. The talent and dedication, as well as their attention to the most intricate of details is what sets them apart from everyone else. From the bidding process, through the design and build stages of each project, the customer's needs are what drives them. MTP Construction has done many projects at my parents' house in the past 15 years or so. They built a custom bookcase, installed crown molding, upgraded all the interior doors, installed windows, interior and exterior painting and much more. Recently they built an addition on the house. This was a complete apartment for my son and myself, so we could be close to them and they could remain living in their home. MTP once again did a beautiful job, we couldn't be happier! With Martin's experience and guidance, the job was completed in the time frame promised with minimal bumps

Martin and his crew (Carl & Tommy) did a great job for us repairing our porch! They were on time, worked through rain and cold and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are thrilled with work done on our home by MTP. We hired Martin and his crew twice over the last couple years. The first time was when a huge tree fell on our home, crushing the roof, AC, furnace, gas pipes, electric wiring, ceilings in 2 rooms, and several cracks in other ceilings, walls and doors. We were devastated. This was an emergency job and Martin was right there for us the next morning, surveying the damage and quickly getting a tarp on the roof to protect our home from further damage. From that day on until the job was complete, he and his crew were dedicated to doing the job right

I can't say enough good things about this company. Martin was recommended by my sister who hired him for a huge job to repair their roof from storm damage. We hired him to repair a small amount of damage from a burst pipe. Sister and I are both satisfied customers.
