I called 4 Seasons to inspect our HVAC system after our basement was flooded per a friend's recommendation. I called on Monday and the owner's wife stated it would be the following week before they could come out; she would call back to actually schedule the day/time. I accepted that since I was new to the area and didn't know who else to call. At the end of that week, I called back to verify they would still be coming out that following week and was told "yes". I know things get overlooked so just wanted to follow up and not assume anything. On Thursday I still hadn't heard anything so I decided

This is a go to HVAC business for sure. Best I've ever had. They installed a new Heat Pump and handler for me about 3 years ago and came back for a service call today. They installed an American Standard unit and high quality American Standard - Nexia thermostats in a dual zone system at a much more affordable price than the other 4 estimates I received. They came recommended by a lady I go to church with who also needed a new system about the same time I did, and I am grateful she told me about them.
