We are a Christian family owned and operated business. Roger Money began working in the HVAC industry in 1977 and his son David Money entered into the industry in 1993. David opened his own business, Money's A/C and Heating (MACH), in 1999. During that time David also helped Lathan Ostwalt of Troutman S/M Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.

Awsome people!. Great workmanship and quality products. I had 3 HVAC units Installed at different houses. They dont try to sell you things that you dont need. Their prices are very reasonable and they react quickly for service. All of my friends use these people and love them. I wish there were more honest reliable businesses like this.

I was referred to TSM, Inc. by Hickory Heat and Air because I lived beyond Hickory Heat and Air 20 mile radius service area. I called TSM and had to leave a voice message;they returned my call in less than 30 minutes. No one was available to come that day but someone would try to come the next day and if not, then definitely on Wednesday. The next day I received a call from John, asking me if he could come by in an hour. He arrived on time and took a look at my unit. It was frozen solid so he explained to me what I needed to do and that he would be back in 24 hrs. I received a call back today for

The heat recently went out in the house and I could only do rudimentary repairs thanks to my previous experience in maintenance. It was enough to identify a likely cause, but not quite enough to be certain and the suspected part would have been difficult for me to order, especially to receive in a timely manner.
After having Troutman Sheet Metal come out to look at it my suspicions were confirmed, and they had to order the part. The happy ending is that the part came in even quicker than I had been told, and they came out to replace it the day it arrived. Furthermore, the repairs were cheaper

Outstanding all around! Jon did a fantastic job with a repair of my air handler. These folks are honest, professional, extremely knowledgeable of their craft.
