If there were 100 stars, that is what I would give 2 Roots Cooling & Heating. Both Nick Sr. & Jr. exceeded our expectations from attention to detail, extensive knowledge of all things heating & air, hard work ethic, cleanliness, professionalism, and not to mention one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Our heat was not working. I went on their website and was able to schedule for the next day. They came in and fixed the problem very quickly and professionally. I would definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

TL;DR: I wish I could give them 20 stars. Stop looking for HVAC repair/maintenance businesses and call these guys. They are a professional father and son team. They are kind, reasonably priced, and diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly.
**Longer version**: This past weekend, when my husband went out of town (of course), our furnace forgot how to do it's ONLY JOB. In order to have heat, I would have to leave my three kids and go up to the VERY COLD attic, turn off the furnace. Wait for the fan to stop. Turn the furnace back on. Wait for the heat to kick in (sometimes this took two or three tries

I would highly recommend 2 Roots. They are very professional, did excellent quality work, competitively priced, explained everything in detail, and did the work when they said they would. They even fixed extra things they found at no additional charge. I consider myself somewhat of a perfectionist and I am usually not completely satisfied with work I have done and quite often go back and re-do work someone else did myself. This was not the case with 2 Roots as I was more than completely satisfied with everything!

Our experience with 2 Roots was excellent! Our downstairs air conditioner was quite old and not working properly. Nick and Nick came out to diagnose the issue and thoroughly explained our options and helped us select the best system for our home. Everything was ordered and installed within the week. Outstanding service and attention to detail. Would highly recommend to anyone.
