We’ve been using Allied Aire for about 5 years for basic maintenance and the time finally came to have the unit replaced. BJ came out and went over a few options and did a great job of explaining the features and benefits of each unit. He was very professional and not pushy which was greatly appreciated. Installation was set up within a couple days and today the install was completed by BJ and Tony. They arrived on time, actually a few minutes early, and got the old unit removed and new one installed quickly and efficiently. BJ showed us how to use the new thermostat and how to navigate the mobile

We consulted three different companies to discuss and get quotes for our HVAC replacement of two furnaces and two AC units. Allied Aire provided the most options for us and gave us excellent recommendations in terms of equipment and services. Quotes were within our expectations for the work we were doing. The real test, as always, is the install and work performed. The crew took extreme care for protecting our wood floors and stairs. At the end of the install, everything was left very clean. Our holiday weekend was going south due to a non working thermostat. I have a service agreement with Allied Aire and they promptly sent Jeff to fix the issue. In less than 3 hours after I first called, the heat was on and my family could continue with our holiday activities.

This is the second year I've had Mike with Allied Aire out to clean my dryer duct and vent. He is very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and great with my pets. Mike was super thorough and removed a LOT of pet hair and lint. I now realize that cleaning that vent after each load is definitely not enough when you see what makes it past that. Thanks!!!

I called Allied Aire because I wanted to have a natural gas line run to the back of my house, for grilling, heater, etc. Jeff came and did a walk-through and estimate of the work to be done. I decided to go proceed to have the work done. Within a few days they had the parts on hand and called me to schedule the install. Jeff and Victor arrived on time this morning. They worked clean and fast, and the workmanship was top notch. Highly recommend Allied Aire, and if you use them, you will not be disappointed!

Our old heat pump with electric backup was on its last legs and we knew we had to replace the unit and air handler soon. We had three local companies come out and quote complete replacement of system and ducting (27 years old) as well as upgrading the heating portion to Gas. Jeff was very through in measuring the old system and crawl space to determine what space was needed as well as taking into consideration the exhaust of the gas furnace. The Carrier system quoted has outstanding reliability and efficiency and their price was competitive to other manufacturers so we went with Allied Aire based

Have had experience with Allied Aire at my parents house. Always on time and professional. I had Jeff come out to the house a few weeks ago to give me a quote on a new system. He gave me 4 options to choose from depending on how many buttons and whistles I wanted on the new system. I made my decision within a few days and called Jeff to schedule and installation of the new system. They arrived on time and went to work ASAP on the install. Jon spent 10 minutes or so showing me how to use the digital thermostat which helped a lot. Again, very pleased with their work and professionalism. Would recommend

Thought we had a mouse problem in our air ducts. Jeff the owner came out and looked at everything under our house. He didn't notice any mice but did notice that there were some spots in our air ducts that were deteriorated and air was leaking out. He gave us a couple of different quotes and we went ahead and agreed to have all the air ducts replaced. After two days I was approached by one of his associates and he asked me if I wanted a new bypass humidifier installed. Our old one was working fine and they still had to reinstall it. The worst service ever! Pay a $780 for new damper on a system 6 years old. Technician installs it and same day, exact same problem occurs. They come back out and now I need another new part. My old damper is in trash . So, you pay a diagnostic fee when the technician takes 15 minutes and doesn't even diagnose your problem correctly! Do not use them! Rip off!!!! Also, when confronted and questioned, technician stormed off out of my house! So unprofessional!

After I paid them $115 to show up and diagnose my air conditioning issue, they quoted me $500 more to fix it. I told them I would get a second look and discovered on my own it was a part that costed $15. I purchased the part online for $15 plus shipping and install it myself in 5 minutes. I would not recommend this company.

I appreciate the way everything is explained and laid out...no hidden costs or fees or mysterious things appearing on the bill. The guys who came over were on time (much appreciated since I had to go to work)and did a phenomenal job cleaning up and we're very courteous. With regard to clean up...I couldn't even tell I had people over doing work...except my house was about 15 degrees cooler when I hot home lol...
