My experience from the very beginning has been top notch. The ladies that answer the phone and schedule the appointments were very helpful and pleasant. The service tech that diagnosed our issue was very knowledgeable and helpful. Finally the installation team, lead by Andrew did an excellent job with installing our brand new HVAC system. Andrew was very helpful and an excellent brand ambassador for Air Dynamics. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for all future HVAC needs.

Easy access to assistance. Appointment made and arrived on time. Frances “Frankie” was prompt , courteous and had to pick up part but installed immediately once he had it. He knew his job and had the tools to do it. Will definitely use again.

We can’t thank Air Dynamics enough for their prompt, professional service. Our AC went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. We were back up and cool in two days. Josh, Frankie and John John did an excellent job, they cleaned everything up and worked very good together as a team. They made sure the system was running and everything was working as it should.

What an excellent, friendly and hardworking team! Andrew, Tim, Jason and Guy did an excellent job installing our new A/C system. Got out of bed on Saturday morning and the house was chilly which wasn't really a bad thing but when it wasn't getting warmer by noon I called the office. I briefly explained my situation and was told a service tech should be out shortly for diagnostics... and he was!
the tech was efficient and courteous and practicing plague protocols which is always appreciated. a little chit-chat then re-reset the breaker and the unit turns on, mostly... apparently there's a delay between 'power' and 'function' because Michael shut it off after a few minutes reporting a high

Air Dynamics installed a new HVAC in my 104 year old family home. This was a FULL install as no central HVAC was in the home prior. They took time to preserve, and protect my home. The entire staff was wonderful, and informative through all processes. The install has saved me thousands already! I will never use anyone else.

Needed an hvac company to come out right away as it was 100 degrees this week. They were able to accommodate and make it out to my house within an hour of when I called.
What started as a very bad situation, was lessened all the way through.
To begin with, Josh made sure we understood everything along the way. What could have been a very expensive repair on a fairly new York ac system, was checked on to determine it was covered under warranty. Keep in mind, they did not install it.
Josh did all he could do to make sure we had cool air at night, and said I will be back in the am. Which

Service was very fast, I called in the morning and they had a tech at my home later that morning. According to my fiancee they were very courteous and seemed professional. They were also to me when I called to request service. My equipment was also fixed in around 30 minutes.
My problem comes with how they deceitfully handled the billing, quoting and consent part. My fiancee is not the owner of the property, nor is her name on any documentation associated, nor did she call to request the service. They asked her to sign for consent for a quote to proceed with work, none of which had I been called
