Kevin is the absolute BEST!!! Somebody get this man a raise immediately. Our case was especially complicated as we had gas lines involved that were not clearly marked. We had been passed back and forth between other hvac companies and the gas company for weeks, each party continuously pointing the finger at the other saying "there was nothing they could do, call them back once X, Y, and Z was resolved". I was fully prepared to throw myself onto the ground and start crying when Kevin showed up.......he patiently listened to the entire saga of us trying to get heat established and he ACTUALLY HEARD

Peace Heating and Air is the absolute best. After One Hour Heating and Air ripped us off on equipment and installation, I was weary of hiring another HVAC company. We hired Peace Heating and Air Conditioning to come take a look at our HVAC, as our second floor wasn't cooling properly. Our technician, Kevin, was not only punctual, but was professional, courteous, and proficient in determining the issue at hand. He clearly explained his findings and also made recommendations regarding maintenance on our system, which we were happy to do, as our system is a bit old and dated. All in all, we were very happy with the services rendered!

When my 23 year old air handler leaked and soaked the carpet and baseboards in a room in my home in 95 degree weather, needless to say I was concerned. With labor and material issues being what they are today, I didn’t think I’d be able to get anyone out to repair it for quite some time. Amazingly I made a call at 8:00 the next morning and they were at my house at 4:30 that afternoon and repaired it until they could order a new unit. The new one was installed in a few days and working great. Service was timely and professional. Based off my experience with them, I would highly recommend this

The technician was very professional. He called to inform about his arrival time and ensured it was still appropriate timing. The technician gave a lot of information about the repair and he was very diligent in performing this repair. He used shoe covers to avoid dirt in the house. Perfect timing and service. The ac unit is back up and running after less than 1 hr. 2 parts were replaced. I decided to go with their maintenance contract services as well since my first experience was a success with this company.
