My carpet looks and feels sooooo nice! My carpet in OLD.. I’ve gotten cleanings from other companies. And I was happiest with this company. I have absolutely nothing to complain about! The professionalism to the work that was done in my home….everything was great. The process was smooth. Booking an appointment was so easy! I got an over-the-phone quote (which, of course, is not always accurate due to the limited information the company has), and the best part, they were able to come the next day! My living room carpet is light creme color and I knocked over a full cup of espresso on the floor! The coffee stained the carpet and Aloha Chem Dry was able to spot treat it for an extra $60. First time using their services. The technician, Steven, was very friendly, helpful & awesome at his job. We are extremely pleased with the results of cleaning our dual recliner as well as our 8x10 area rug & matching door mat. Prices are very reasonable. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Making an appoint was easy. I specifically stated I wanted: 1 bedroom, hallway & stairs done. I gave my name, contact number and address. I tried to give a disclaimer about my location since GPS and maps don't lead to my house, but I was rushed off the phone. That's ok, you're a business, you're busy.. I get it.
I was told they would be at my place 11:00 - 12:00. I received a call at 10:50am saying they were leaving town and would here in Kapolei in 20 minutes. No big deal. I got a call around 11:20am saying they are unable to find my house -- I knew this would happen.

I had a neighbor of mines, selling his home, and asked if I knew any carpet cleaning businesses...I saw that a former tenant had used this business before, and I remembered how clean the unit was...plus pricing is relatively affordable, so I recommended it to my neighbor, and had set up appointment for Monday, the following day. If you ever need to clean your carpet, give them a call, I am sure you would not be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing! I previously used a 5 star rated carpet cleaning company, but after their last cleaning, I was left with a not so clean carpet feel and pet stains that weren't able to be lifted. Fortunately, Aloha Chem Dry was there to get my carpet CLEAN and the pet stains GONE. Thanks, Aloha Chem Dry; we'll be contacting you to get our bedrooms clean.

Had my carpets cleaned a week ago, and not a day has gone by yet that we don't say, "I can't believe how clean Aloha Chem-Dry got the carpet!"
The carpet is original and worse for wear, about 30 years old in this rental.
Dwight and Steve know their stuff! I just went with their treatment suggestion and better off for it!
Took advantage of their coupon here on Yelp. They were friendly, hard working, fast, and on time. Kept in great communication when they were leaving their previous appointment.
Highly recommend!! Definitely worth it!!

I called to make an appointment last minute because we are moving and didn't realize how bad the carpets were until after we emptied the house and Linda was very nice to squeeze us in late Saturday so we could avoid the extra charge for Sunday services. She was very helpful and sweet from the very first call. We ended up not needing their services because our owners told us they are going to rip out and replace the rug anyway..
