I needed to get my window exterior washed as part of my move-out cleaning. I couldn't decide whether I wanted to hire a window cleaner or should I wash them myself. That's why It didn't bother me when I didn't hear from Crystal Clear for a week after I made an initial inquiry. But once Terran contacted me, the communication was smooth. He's very pleasant to work with, and professional. All the windows turned crystal clear as promised. And he saved an orchid that was growing in the gutter. He came over for a free quote and described the work he would do, what we could expect when he was done, and a cost estimate.
He cleaned every window and slider in our house and now they look brand new!
From now on we will do this annually. We had no idea the windows could look so refreshed.

Terran did a fabulous job with our windows and screens. He was meticulous and thorough. My view to the outside hasn't been this clear ever! Free in person estimate. Other companies gave estimates on line or cost per window and asked for pictures. Terran did an on site estimate and immediately set up a date for the work to be done. Terran was prompt, friendly, professional, and did a great job. I needed my second-floor windows and screens to be cleaned by hand and not power washed. It was done thoroughly and quickly and looks great. And the price was very reasonable, compared to other companies. I thoroughly recommend Crystal Clear to anyone needing their windows cleaned in a professional and thorough manner. 5 STARS and deservedly

He was very conscientious to have minimal impact on our home while cleaning the windows inside and out. He always took his shoes off and kept his cleaning supplies on a towel.
The quality of his work is second to none. Our windows look spectacular now. We didn't even know they could look this clean as they are 20+ years old. Terran even cleaned our mirrored closet doors and the ledges under the windows, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated

Terran did a great job on our front windows, honestly they had not been cleaned on the inside in 13 years and were OPAQUE. He did an amazing job and worked by himself on our home. This difference is substantial and now it has been about 3 weeks and they still look great after several rains. I will use him again!

We were moving out of our house that we were renting for 3.5 years and needed someone to professionally clean our windows. We hired Terran based on his quick response and reasonable prices. He came over and looked at our windows and provided us with an estimate via email shortly after. We booked him and he arrived on time and got right to work. He and his wife did a great job cleaning the outside of our windows and all of the screens and I even asked him if he could remove the privacy film from the skylights in our living room (which wasn't initially on the estimate) and clean our high ceiling

We hired Terran to clean our windows and pressure wash our house. He did an absolutely amazing job! He was very professional, friendly, kind and worked hard to clean every window in our home inside and out! Unfortunately he had a technical issue with the pressure washer and couldn't clean the homes exterior, however, as soon as his washer is fixed we plan on bringing him back out.

Crystal Clear Window Cleaning (Kapolei) cleaned my windows, many tall sliding glass doors, also some very high windows. The person who cleaned the windows was very personable, and really paid attention to detail. He did an amazing job. It really came out crystal clear and he wiped the tracks and even cleaned screens. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
