Matt was awesome ! He was on time, professional and his work ethic spoke for itself. He took the time to explain the problem in great detail and showed nothing but patience and enthusiasm in answering any questions we had. I hope his employer recognizes how valuable he is. From start to finish, we were very satisfied with our entire experience. Very good service. Nice guy and pleasant. Couldn’t fix this particular problem because it’s a dishwasher problem. But I'll definitely use them again if I need a plumber.
I'm updating this review because I did end up needing them again very quickly after this to fix the shut off valves and a ring under my sink. I asked for the same plumber to come and he did. He did a great job and I'm still recommending this company, will definitely use them again, they're awesome.

Both Kevin and Matt were excellent, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. I recommend LHR to anyone that wants quality work done at a reasonable price compared to other Plumbers and Plumbing Companies. I have called every Plumber and Plumbing company in and around my town 15 and over. LHR was the only one that responded professional and followed thru on the entire process. Mary in the office is a true Gem, friendly and compassionate, a perfect example of what every business should have.

This is the second time LHR has been out. Both times they were able to schedule a visit in a reasonable time, arrived on time and were professional. Procedure, pricing and contingencies were all explained up front prior to work starting. Mark explained every step and made me aware of what he was dealing with and what he had to do to repair. His workmanship was excellent and he found things others had missed.

Phenomenal service. Extremely fast, efficient, clean, and thorough. We had all three toilets in our home, along with the shutoff valves replaced. Price was very competitive. The material needed for the install was a couple days out, expected to arrive just after the weekend which we were preparing to host a large birthday party. Kevin offered to fix all toilet issues to ride us through the weekend, without any additional charge since we were already paying for the replacement work. Overall professionalism couldn’t be matched by other companies I’ve used in the past. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE LHR!! If you don't want to read the whole review, in short, they put in a faulty piece when fixing my hot water and after being told by the manager that they would provide some sort of refund, I never got a call back from him or refunded despite reaching out nicely to them for over a month.
Longer version: I had problems with my hot water. When they came to figure out the problem, they told me it was likely my shower pistols, so they replaced them (and charged me a pretty penny). When that didn't work, they recommended replacing my mixing valve on my boiler, to which I agreed
