I called three plumbers in the area to get a leak causing a crack in my ceiling addressed. Gary was the only one who returned my call and in a timely manner being within a day. He arrived exactly on time. He did a complete investigation and repaired valves. Gary was a pleasure to meet.

New Horizons hooked up the plumbing for a new dishwasher in my home. There quote was much more affordable than anyone else and they scheduled my appointment in that same week. Had 1 of 3 kitchen sink valves break on a Sunday night. Called them on Monday and by 2 pm all the valves under my sink were replaced. Fast, efficient, reasonably priced, and a pleasure to deal with. A+ rating in my book. Will call them again.

Gary installed a sink and dishwasher and hooked up the water line in the fridge in our new kitchen area. He is always so professional and clean. He is ready to answer any questions and help with any issues. We continue to call him whenever we need a plumber and he makes himself available as quickly as possible. One of the best things about New Horizon is that they respond right away to answer questions or schedule service. You don't have to wait days for a callback.

Gary was able to call me with a quote, walk me through the issues he might run into based on a picture and my description, and was onsite in 2 days on-time as promised. The job went exactly as he described. I don't get the opportunity to write many of these reviews because they don't usually happen like this. I will definitely be using New Horizon for my future plumbing work.
