We called on a weekend my moms water heater busted and water was leaking onto the garage floor, the service call was handled in a timely and patient manor and solutions to lower cost were given and within 2 hours we were back up and running. I would say the onsite service was exceptional.
However, when I was contacted for payment the lady I spoke to was short and rude and left me with a uneasy feeling. I was told I could pay via Venmo first thing Monday, which I wanted todo so they could have there money in the same timely manor. but I was cut off and TOLD NO and I can send a check by mail or

James destroyed the door frame going around the hot water heater closet. He had no remorse AND expets ME to pay for the destruction he cause. The damage he did will cost as much more than the hot water heater and installation. This is the 3rd hot water heater in 25 years. This was never an issue before. He did not ask for my permission to rip it off. He just did it! Sloppy work. Bad business!

We recently had plumbing repairs done over the holidays by James and couldn't be more satisfied. Fixed the problem, advised us how to keep the issue from becoming another future problem (roots), was on time, called ahead. He is courteous, personable, professional as well as knowledgeable. Also advised us on better practices and filters for our HVAC system with clear explanations for the reasons. Big thanks all around!
