Called Wilcoxen plumbing for help with an issue in my guest bathroom, the plumber investigated and supposed found the issue but instead of fixing it he sent me a picture of what I needed to buy, and said either I could put in or they could come back and do it but I would be charged another service call fee. I bought the part which was available right down the road and installed it myself, the part he told me to buy did no fix the problem so now I’m $200 in hole and nothing is fixed. After contacting the office they advised they would come back out but yet again I would be charged another service

Jered and Matthew just unclogged my kitchen sink drain, which impacted the use of the sink, dish washer, washing machine and utility sink. They quickly assessed the problem and resolved it efficiently. They were very professional, knowledgable and courteous. They also replaced my leaking hose bids. I was pleasantly surprised when presented with the bill. I highly recommend Wilcoxen for a fair price and honest business.

Had a warranty but of course they could not find anyone to service me in buchanan dam. Had not had hot water for a week. Called and they came out the next day. And helped me with my claim to the warranty company. Did a great job! Will use them again!! Highly recommend!
