Conklin's MR System is a complete waterproofing system for metal roofs. It stops leaks, inhibits rust, and provides and energy-efficient, long-lasting, attractive finish coat which will extend the life of your roof for years. During the restoration process, the entire roof is cleaned with Rust Off and then primed with Conklin's rust inhibiting primer called Metal Ready Universal.
Conklin's Fabric-Reinforced Roofing System will give your building and business trouble-free protection. It waterproofs with a seamless acrylic coating in which a tough, flexible fabric is embedded. This combination makes a rugged, yet lightweight membrane that resists splitting and rupturing - the primary cause of leaks.
The Membrane Coating System is a solution for saving a failing EPDM or Single Ply Membrane roof without the costly hassle of a complete roof tear-off. Not only is the coating virtually weather-proof, it also features a white reflective surface that provides energy savings. Wyatt was very responsive and provided us all the information on the product. The Conklin system saved thousands vs replacing the roof. The job was completed timely and we were happy with the end result. When we encountered a leak on another one if our buildings he was our first call and once again exceeded our expectations.
