Alex has been a carpenter, framer, and home renovator expert for 30 years. He started out roofing as an apprentice on the west coast. As the years went by, Alex began to desire a smaller community where he could raise a family and make a bigger impact on the community. We had been quoted a roof replacement by another company before contacting Willow Exterior and having a presentation made by Raynek. He was very professional and we agreed to the proposal. The roof replacement was done in one day and we are very pleased with the quality and timeliness.

When we realized we needed a new roof, we got 3 bids. Raynak sold us on Willow Exterior. He was personable, interested in us, and made us feel like we would be taken care of. Willow Exterior was not the lowest bid we got, but they did offer the absolute best warranty. When work started on the roof, it was done so fast we were amazed. Such hard workers! If I had any questions, Raynak responded to me quickly, EVERY TIME. We are extremely pleased with the work done and the entire process. We highly recommend Willow Exterior.

Everyone that we personally dealt with was incredible! Our sales rep, Raynak, was personable and professional. He worked with our schedule and made sure that he was there with us throughout the entire process and was always available to answer any questions we had.
Each of the roofing crew members that were at our home were polite, respectful, professional and conscientious. They did great work and left our property clean and with no damage. Great experience!!!

It's nice to see SO many terrific reviews for Willow. I am here to add one more. I had previously gotten an estimate from DaBella for over $28,000 on my roof which I thought was absurd and after Willow came out, my suspicions were confirmed. Alex, who I can't say enough good things about, came out, gave me an estimate less than half of what DaBella wanted and was able to get started practically immediately. The installers were professional and efficient. The roof is stunning. Alex also pointed out that my roof needed venting and Willow put in the six vents necessary. Willow needs to be the FIRST

Did a fantastic job and very kind there were other workers that worked with these two can't remember their name but these two were here every day rayneck and Allan were fantastic to work with also all in all j would recommend this company to anyone looking for roof or window work thank you guys for your kind cleanup and great install if it were possible I would give them 6 stars

We hired Willow Exterior to put a new roof on our home, new vinyl siding, 3 new storm doors, 2 sun tunnels, new rain gutters and a new double door with inset blinds. I must say, the crews were wonderful and whenever I had a question, one of the crew would stop and answer with a smile. Josh was quick to reply when I texted or called about the projects and kept me informed with regular updates. Excellent customer service and timely job. The owner, Alex runs his business with excellence and expects excellence from his teams. I appreciated Will so much. He really went above and beyond to meet our needs

When I obtained bids to replace our roof, Alex was very thorough and precise in his evaluation of the needs. He explained everything, showing photos he had taken while inspecting the roof. He answered all my questions and gave a fair bid which also was lower than others. He went the extra mile in taking care of some issues that didn't really involve the actual roof tear off and replacement. His crew worked efficiently, solved some little unforseen problems as they got into the job. We are very pleased with the new roof that has a 50 year manufacturers warranty and Alex also warranties the workmanship
