We could have hired a handy man that does jobs on the side to put our laminate flooring down but we wanted to make sure it was done right so paid more to hire a professional company. I knew our floor needed leveling and I made sure I pointed out the areas so there was no mis understanding. When I got home after the first day I noticed some things that didnt seem quite right so as soon as they opened I called, I got their answering machine and left a detailed message and asked them to return my call which they never did. On the second day when the installer got to those areas that were not level

I love my flooring that John Metzger Construction just finished! I had some tile and hardwood installed. The guys were super nice and the office staff was great too. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

Hard to get in contact with, rarely returns phone calls. Paid for a job that he did not complete. I have called several times to ask when he will complete job, no returns phone calls. Would not recommend
