From humble beginnings, Heidorn Construction, Inc., a family owned business, continues to grow and serve the people of the community. In 1974, father & son, Robert and Steve Heidorn formed Heidorn Construction in a partnership to build new homes. However, due to economic forces, Robert and Steve decided to change their focus to the repair and remodeling of existing homes.
Remodeling proved to be a great choice and a labor of love for the family and company. In 1978, Robert Heidorn sold his share of the partnership to Steve Heidorn. Heidorn Construction was then incorporated with Steve and his wife Chris as owners. The first office of the newly incorporated company was located in the utility room of the apartment Chris and Steve were renting.
The office was later moved to the basement of Chris and Steve's first home. In 1985, the company built an office complex in a section of their shop located east of Boonville, Indiana where they stored equipment and material. After a fire in 1989, which destroyed the shop and office, Heidorn Construction, Inc. relocated the operations to the present location on Stevenson Station Road where they continue to grow.

Heidorn Construction, Inc., a product of the dreams and work of husband and wife Steve & Chris Heidorn along with dedicated employees, have served the Evansville tri-state for over 40 years. They have done a variety of work for us; roofing, remodeled doorways, remodeled gutter, and other things. They are our go-to remodeling company.

I had them do work on more than one occasion on different things I wanted to have upgraded. They were fast to quote their work, along with getting me in touch with someone if they couldn't take care of it. Their work was done right everytime, and took care of services others in the area couldn't even diagnose. Thank you for your work!
