If you live in Santa Rosa, do not have this company install your HVAC system. You won't find out until you have a problem that they don't provide service in Santa Rosa. It's 97 degrees and the AC unit Bell Products installed in the last two years. When I called for service they told me they don't provide service in Santa Rosa and I need to find someone else.

They have reliable techs, and when it comes to VERY old school kitchens, they know how to fix them. While they have a tendency to upsell, they are skilled in the delicate areas of heating&air conditioning, especially with older buildings. They have fairly good prices for the Napa Valley, and are knowledgeable and helpful. They are experts at installation&scheduling

Woke up to a cold house on New Year's day. Tried resetting furnace and thermostat without success. Called Bell based on the Yelp reviews, was given a prompt to request 7x24 service, selected same. Spoke to their answering service, received a call back from the tech in 15 minutes. Tech was on site within one hour. Turned out to be a defective thermostat. Tech (Don) was very professional and efficient.

I wasn't going to get a fourth estimate but changed my mind based on a previous customers satisfaction. I was sold on how professional the estimate went. This continued on to the install. These gentlemen are proud to wear the Bell Products logo on their shirts and to report to a boss/ role model that checks in and pitches in. The technicians showed up energized and ready to work. This was a scary financial endeavor for me that was a very positive experience.

My air conditioner condenser/fan was over 30+ years old. I called a few vendors to get pricing and quotes. Many were pushy, upselling me the most expensive products that would not work with my very old home and existing ductwork. Bell Products came out, did a very thorough walk through and were very knowledgeable. Geoff (sp?) listened to my concerns, evaluated all the options and gave me a very fair quote. We then moved forward with scheduling which was pretty quick and efficient. Then the installation; the installers were so nice and polite. Cleaned as they went and really seemed to know

Gary and team saved the day by insisting that a defective part be provided by the manufacturer for a newish (4 years old) but out of warranty water heater which kept failing. They first made several house calls over a few months to start it again; they were always courteous, and always came over the day that I called, sometimes within the hour. Eventually, in response to my pleas, Gary and team found the part, picked it up, and replaced it immediately. Could you ask for better, quicker, more courteous service? I don't think so! A wonderful group of people.

Called today to see if I could get a maintenance check this week. They placed me on a list and got back to me in minutes. I had someone at my door in 15 minutes. This shows that they follow through. During this busy time, they are accommodating as many clients as possible. Glenn came out and took care of my AC and furnace. He replaced my vent and I learned the process. I appreciate that he answered all of my questions. It is always great to start with a local business. We will come back to them for future needs!

Bell replaced our 20 year old HVAC system. They had been coming twice yearly for maintenance and did a great job of keeping it running, with minimal costs, for about 8 years.
We anticipated having to cut a hole in the ceiling to get the old unit out. When the crew showed up, they came up with a way of dismantling the unit in the attic and using the existing openings to bring things in and out.
We couldn't be happier with the experience! I don't know if they were the lowest price. We didn't shop around. We had confidence in their ability to get the job done and stand behind

We planned early in February to replace our HVAC system for our home before summer. We requested 4 local HVAC contractors to quote on the job. Out of 4 HVAC contractors 3 showed up to walk thru for estimating job. The 4th returned calls but was a no show to his appointment and never called back to reschedule.
Note: We wanted permits pulled and air duct efficiency testing included in price.

After our heater stopped working we gave Bell Products a shout for service. You know what, they're awesome! Our technician was so friendly and actually listened to me explain what was happening with our system (we have a smart thermostat, Nest, which we thought was the cause of the problem). After he went into the attic he had the heat up and running within a few minutes. He really knew his stuff! He then proceeded to test and check the entire heating system before leaving. With the cold weather upon us I'm so happy we have a company like Bell to take care of our heater issues. The service

A/C down on Thursday before July 4th weekend with guests arriving next day and 100 degree F in the forecast. Bell got a tech out (apparently just finishing a nearby job) within 30 minutes (around 3:30pm). Fantastic! He was able to fix the problem in under 45 minutes. Super! Charged extra $193 because it was an 'urgent' call? And then his normal rate fee of $94 for a total of $292. Too much to clean some relay contacts. But the fast response saved the day.

Thought I had a natural gas leak and called PG& last month. That issue was corrected easily, but while he was under my 75 year-old house (I have a floor furnace) he discovered that my exhaust flue pipes were completely rotted away. He was compelled to disconnect the gas line and disable the furnace, leaving me with an "Unsafe and Hazardous condition" report.
