We thought we had major roof leaks but 360 roofing only found a few leaking windows which they repaired and patched up a few minor roof corners. 15 years ago I was lucky enough to find an honest mechanic. Now I’ve found an honest roofer! I had 3 big name roofing companies tell me that my roof was on its last leg and that it needed to be replaced immediately. Matt, laughed and told me that I had a couple active leaks that could easily be fixed and the roof had plenty of life left. The team at 360 roofing really helped my family and I out when purchasing our new home. We reached out to them to do an extensive inspection after our regular home inspector didn't seem like they did a well enough job looking over the questionable roof. 360 showed up and did an A+ job on the inspection and provided us with a competitive quote the following day for the necessary replacement. 360 Roofing Services and the owner, Matt, handled my reroof during CO-VID 19. I was often home with my family during the entire process and honestly, it was as if there was no one on the property. Their crew was extremely respectful, kept to themselves, and were efficient in completing the work quickly.
Additionally, I would like to note that their pricing is highly competitive and their response rate was the fastest out of the companies I contacted.
