Service: Roof repair

I used D'Agostino twice for two unrelated events to fix a leak in my roof. The pricing was very fair (~$1k) to fix a tile roof, and replace the wood. The service was very quick, came out the following day, and I worked with the same contractor and office crew with every call. I am most impressed on the service as I had one issue after a big rain storm and they came out to repair it on a Saturday. They stand behind their product and service.

Missed several appointments. Office staff is extremely rude also hung up the phone on me.
"Our system lost your information " " I can't get ahold of the owner" The worst, but best thing is we are always looking for new subs and these guys will never get a bid invitation.

Highly recommended. Very honest and trustworthy. I noticed a stain on my ceiling so I assumed I had a roof leak. After receiving a quote from another roofing company, I decided to get a second opinion with D'Agostino roofing. He came out promptly and determined that I did not actually have a roof problem but in fact it was my AC and recommended that I contact someone to check out my AC. I ended up getting the AC fixed for $40 and saving thousands on unnecessary roof work. His honesty was very much appreciated, when I do need my roof repaired/replaced I know exactly who I am calling.

Best roofers in South Florida hands down! they fixed a butch job from a previous roofing company that said my roof wouldn't leak again. They also had some of the best prices around town as well. Awesome quality and guys!

Excellent repair job IF you can get on their schedule before your home is flooded (bedroom in our case). With good quality, high BBB rating, and a long-standing reputation comes more business, great for the company, not so much for a customer desperately needing a roof leak repaired. While you anxiously watch water drip, you first have to wait for a person to come out to evaluate the leak and provide an estimate. Then you have to wait for them to have an opening (good luck during rainy season) to schedule an appointment. Then you have to pray that it’s not raining because they can’t repair

I have used this company for years to repair and finally I replaced my roof. They were efficient, fair, responsible, timely, respectful and professional. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone and I have. Working with Joseph and his team was an honor and a pleasure. Thank you for always doing amazing work.
