Eagle Eye Painting LLC was founded by two career painters - Matt Elam and PJ Clarke - in 2005. The mission of the company is to provide Seattle residents with high quality painting services delivered in the most professional, safe, and efficient manner possible. PJ and Matt are actively involved in the painting process from the initial proposal all the way to the follow up phone call.
This 2005 home had natural alder wooden cabinets and trim which we converted to paint - Sherwin Williams SW 7005 Pure White. Proper preparation is crucial: we sanded, used a liquid deglosser, primed with bonding primer, sanded, caulked, and filled the primed surfaces. Finally, we used an air-assisted airless sprayer with a customized gun to apply the final two coats of Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane enamel.

We hired Eagle Eye for a complicated paint job on our house. Their bid came in at the middle of the three we obtained. They were communicative, diligent, hard-working, pleasant, and extremely skilled. They came when they said they would, and they charged what they estimated. Eagle Eye Painting is great! They do excellent work, they stuck to their proposed schedule, they communicate well, their fees are reasonable and their team was a pleasure to have working on our property. This is the second time we have hired Eagle Eye to paint the exterior of our home. (The first time was 13 years ago!) We highly recommend Eagle Eye!

Eagle Eye does amazing cabinet painting! I've used them for interior, exterior and fence painting and I'm so glad I inquired about cabinetry. In just 7 days they transformed my kitchen and master bath where dark walnut cabinets were making my space look very dated. They provided 8 1/2 x 11" samples so I could be sure of my color choice in all kinds of lighting. I was able to put my car on the street for a week and they turned my garage into a paint shop where they did the sanding, priming, painting and curing (they brought their own heaters!) Fantastic experience working with Eagle Eye on our outside-home paint job. Matt was great, and his crew members were even better. Dan, Brian and Max were efficient and thorough from prep to cleanup. They stayed in constant communication and went the extra mile (fixed some rot and touched up our chimney flashing). Highly recommend working with this group - but get on their list early!

Eagle Eye is awesome. They recently scraped and painted the exterior our 1909 Craftsman and we are thrilled with the result. Nestor and his crew were meticulous with their work and always very pleasant and respectful to work with. Our exterior was looking pretty rough and they had their work cut out for them, but they handled it well and took the time, care and attention necessary to prep and paint. Their attention to detail was impressive and our house looks fantastic now. We will be referring them to all our friends and family - highly recommend their work!

When we moved into our first home about ten years ago, we loved everything about her except for the nineties-flannel-sheets-from-Target colors of the sloppy exterior paint job. Still, a fresh painting wasn't on top of the fixer-up list, so we lived with our less than beautiful exterior.

I had an amazing experience working with Eagle Eye in a recent exterior trim and doors painting job. Matt the owner was prompt in getting me a bid as well as answering my many questions and helped to educate me on the process. I got on their busy summer schedule list and they contacted me to start right on time with the window they had anticipated getting to it. The lead painter and his helper were great to work with and communicated well with me throughout the process. Matt and his team at Eagle Eye are simply incredible. They did an absolutely fantastic job painting nearly my entire basement plus my main-floor living room. The process started with an introductory visit in which Matt carefully surveyed the rooms to be painted and offered valuable insight about the job. The Team did a great job of helping us get started, including the selection of get started. The time from estimate to work was about 3 months so make sure you follow this lead time - these guys are busy!
When it came time to do the work, they were prepared and on-time making our job that much easier. The finished product is so nice!

This review is long overdue. I have two toddlers so I'm not one for having strangers in and out of my house constantly. Especially tribal tattooed men or ones with names like Blade. However, the owners at Eagle Eye manage to find the nicest, most courteous and professional oddly named men out there that know how to paint.

I would give a few extra stars if I could. I have a big house that hasn't been painted since it was built 40 years ago. It had redwood stain that had maybe been touched up 30 years ago. There was lots of repair and prep to be done. We had a large crew working and they were all very professional and personable. I couldn't be more pleased with the finished job. I highly recommend Eagle Eye painting.

We spent over six months renovating our home and it was not pleasant so I was not looking forward to the final step: repainting the exterior. Eagle Eye did great work on four rooms in my new house and they'll be the first ones I call when I'm ready to do the rest. There were rough spots in desperate need of patching on every wall and dozens of cabinet doors that had to be taken down, so it was far from an easy job, but they were sympathetic to my schedule and fit my project in when they had an unexpected opening on a rainy few days. PJ and his team completed two interior jobs at our house, and it's been great working with them. Their work is outstanding and the ease of scheduling has made my life much easier. We just had our house painted by Tim and his fantastic crew at Eagle Pro Painting. We could not be happier with the final product! Every request,detail and desire was heard and expectations exceeded. Tim was involved every step of the way and his crew worked hard constantly to make sure everything was perfect. They just finished painting our house and did an amazing job! The painters were really professional, knowledgeable, super nice and hard working. They were here consistently and promptly at 8:00. They kept everything orderly and there was very little disruption to the day. My dog really liked them too and she can be pretty discerning (Read: Barky!) Really a great team. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

The bid given by the owner Matt was reasonable compared to two other bids I received. PJ, Bob and Mike were on time and very careful with covering carpet and wood floors.
My experience from start to finish was positive. We had an entire interior painted after some very messy renters lived in the house. Major wall damage was repaired. The home looks amazing....
I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a painting company!

Eagle Eye worked on our home for 2 weeks while we were waiting to relocate from CA. Matt & PJ, Mike-main painter, Bob & crew were amazing. We had not seen the house since we purchased it a month ago and how they transformed the house into our home was wonderful. They also took out a built in-entertainment center. They painted almost every room in our house. They are artists, professional and courteous. They have great ideas too plus the designer, Susan Brockway, they recommend is talented and wonderful.
