Bought a home for ~ $1M, C. Haynes Construction built a custom shower three years ago that guests actually cue up to stand in. Today, they are wrapping up a: residing, slate and conventional tile, gazebo build, gorgeous metal railing job, trim, paint, etc. The miters, joinery, fit, finish work is befitting a $2M asking price. I don't know whether to list the property or enjoy it for awhile. Those guys are level 10 and I didn't even mention the work on they did on the infinity edged pool. Super grateful to the guys for the shower. They got this job without my even considering a competitive bid.

Wow! What a professional company. Chris was on top of everything and had a very detail oriented crew who actually CARE! We had a leak in an exterior door. They did a great job and even saved me from spending extra money and doing work I didn't need to. Chris came multiple times to make sure his crew was on track and doing an excellent job. The crew came on time and were exceptionally professional (took shoes off at door and introduced themselves, shook my hand). This crew is worth every penny, not to mention the craftsmanship and workmanship is top tier. Made doing a repair actually enjoyable

Great service - I have an old house in the Hyde Park / Northloop area that was build in the 40's. Needless to say it always needs work so I have dealt with alot of contractors.
C. Haynes Construction came out initial for some handyman work, fixing a door, balancing a ceiling fan. They were always prompt and friendly.
I then had him do a more heavy remodeling project which they bidding for. They came in at a reasonable price and I am definitely happy I chose them, they project came in almost the exact time they said it woudl be finished.
