Javier finished ahead of schedule, was amazing throughout the process and in the end provided a stellar job for a fair price. I seriously couldn't ask for more. Looking forward to using them again! Not a day goes by without my being appreciative of the high quality work done by Javier's team on the total renovation (interior, exterior) of our home.
Javier, moreover, is a design genius; he's able to intuitively compute the best combination of spatial, aesthetic and functional considerations. He's an amazing combination of general contractor and design/architectural consultant.
We learned to completely trust his ideas, and execution, for the renovation of kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Javier also was extraordinarily helpful and generous in adding on several additional projects on our property ( workshop improvements, front gate, etc.).Regarding pricing, Javier is extremely fair and honest, and, given his combination of expertise in design and construction, an unbelievable bargain.

Javier is simply terrific! He is honest, reliable, and possess is a rare combination of design creativity and quality construction. He renovated our entire house, interior and exterior, and did a superb job. I’m grateful every day for what he was able to envision and build.

Javier and his team are undeniably the best team you will work with. I searched for the right contractor for close to a year, each time many no shows, prices to high, or quality of work was extremely poor. I then found Frayre Constructions and explained to Javier what I was wanting done. He showed up when he said, gave me a quote after looking at the project and started working shortly after meeting. I was nervous to work with another contractor, but Javier and his team were confident in their abilities and more than that proud of their work, and I knew things would be fine. There was no pressure

This contractor is horrible. Does not follow through with work. does not respond to email, text or phone calls. Was paid to do a custom cabinet and took 3 months to do half and is still not complete. Will not return phone calls. Please do not waste your money on this contractor....keep searching for a reputable company. Yelp requires a star be added for review, I recommend NO stars.
