We first worked with Beaton Plumbing when we needed our leaky, exterior hose bibs needed replacing last summer. We spoke directly with the owner, Steve, and he sent someone out the next day - very reasonable! It was surprising how much our water bill decreased! When our aging water heater went out, recently, we called Beaton's again since they had been so pleasant to work with. Steve, the owner, came out the same day to assess our situation: our old water heater was challenging as it was located in the attic with limited access. We had an outside water pipe break late on a Friday afternoon and needed an emergency fix! Steve and son Matt were recommended to us and they responded right away and were able to come out the next day as soon as they could. They were friendly, quick and efficient and did a great job! Steve went beyond what the job required and even shoveled the wet, big pile of dirt back into place for me that my sick husband had had to remove to get to the broken pipe the day before. Thanks you guys!!

When I need house repair or maintenance I'm always anxious trying to figure out who to call and who I can trust. I was given their number by another plumber I trust who was just too busy. Nick called and updated me as to when he would arrive, gave an honest evaluation, did the repair and was quick. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were friendly, I was treated well and charged a fair price.
