Called to repair heater, which I kept putting off all summer, now cold arrived! Robert arrived and made repairs with parts ordered and available. Technician was friendly, competent, efficient, and a natural gymnist at attic work.

Called this HVAC company on a hot Friday afternoon, said they could squeeze me in on the same day when other companies were weeks out! Their professionalism, fairness, transparency, very courtesy, and most important effectiveness was all outstanding. Highly recommend this company for any HVAC services. They also offer a bi-annual maintenance program to make sure your system is maintained over the years. Great company

Company charged me $600 to fix my AC two days later AC stopped working. Wanted to charge me more money to fix the AC again after I was reassured that it wouldn’t have anymore problems. Company is just trying to get more and more money out of people when they should of fixed all the problems at once instead of making me pay two times for a $140 diagnosis. Extremely unsatisfied with the service I received. Do not recommend this company.

Do not use this company at all. I have never dealt with any business so deceptive. From the very beginning I have asked at least ten times what to do with my two units. Im concerned of both AC go out during summer when guests are staying. What about if I cannot get people to come in and should it break over summer time. Travis came to my both properties. I asked before hands on both visit what to do. To prevent both AC not going out and how do I get people to get in immediately if it does. I guess there is no way right??? He recommended pre season maintenance. So I did. He charged me full

Redding Heating and Air came to our rescue. We were without air in early July 2021 and they were able to come much sooner than all the others we called. They were courteous, prompt and let us know what was happening with either a call or a text message. They sent out two repair guys and had the problem fixed quickly.

Just used this company to replace a $35 capacitor for my AC not knowing I was using them. Apparently, the company that I called that installed my new unit 3 years ago is out of business and this company bought the phone number what a scam. Next time tell me that before you come out. By the time they charged their service fee and installed the part in 15 mins they charged me over $350 and said my 10 year parts warranty is no good because that is only covered by the company that installed it(unit is 3 yrs old). What a rip off, Good luck ripping off people in the future!!!

My Mom's AC stopped working just before temperatures were going to be near 110 degrees. I contacted Redding Heating & Air on Saturday evening and Eric got back to me within minutes. He was able to schedule their technician Rob to be there the next morning at 9:00 am.
Rob kept me informed on the diagnosis and what needed to be done by text message. The repair was less expensive than expected and is working great!

Let me explain why I will never use or recommend Redding Heating and Air again. They have expanded their business to include generators.
My generator installation was done incorrectly. The error was actually quite simple - the wrong regulators were placed on the generator side. But the effect was dramatic: the generator required 4 or more attempts to start and wouldn't start without manually cancelling out of an error code that appears after 3 unsuccessful starting attempts. Thus, if one wasn't present to manually cancel the error the generator would not turn on. (Imagine the consequence

Earlier in the month, RH&A provided and installed for free, as a donation the iwave air filter inside my parents home, who are elderly and have COPD. The iwave air filter disinfects the air by killing mold, bacteria and viruses inside the home. My parents are so ecstatic and are thrilled with this amazing product! They are feeling more at ease and are so grateful to receive such a wonderful gift as this!!

After getting told that other companies simply "didn't have time for just duct work" I posted on yelp. I got a reply in two minutes, they came the next day and did all the repairs quickly and for a reasonable price. Now all the rooms in my house are all actually livable and I can go on with my life.
