I came home on a Friday evening and realized my air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air so I called Mike at Air Pro heating and air conditioning and we tried to troubleshoot over the phone unfortunately that didn't work out so he came over and had it fixed and cleaned out and running better than ever. Mike is a life saver. I noticed my thermostat rising and it was early in the morning middle of the summer so I called around and couldn't get service for weeks. Air Pro was recommended to me and Mike came out that same day. Diagnosed that the air compressor wasn't working properly and fixed it. Would have been a miserable couple of weeks for my family if we didn't have air.

Explained why he can’t do the job (doesn’t have a sheet metal shop) and recommended two of his competitors that would be equipped for what I needed. Saves me time calling 20 companies. We came home to a warm house after running some errands on a Sunday at 430 pm and it was 116 degrees out, out of all places called our first response back was from Mike, who had just had to put his work van in the shop and didnt have his usual tools and supplies, but that did not stop him from coming over and getting the job done, amazing service, quality work, affordable and air is running fantastic, would highly recommend, and will only call him from now on for any issues that might arise in the future

Of all the places in Redding that list 24 hour seven day a week emergency service, Mike was the only company to bother to call me back on a Sunday that was 108° when my AC went down. Even though Mike was out of town he helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and with some basic repair skills I was able to find and remove the failed component. When Mike got home from being out of town he had me come over to his house and grab the new part to install myself saving me hundreds of dollars and waiting at least another day for service. I will 100% recommend Mike to others that I know and will

We called Air Pro after our A/C stopped working. It's an older unit and the first company we called wouldn't look at it because of it's age and said we'd just need a new system. Mike came out the day after we called and worked on it for about an hour and GOT IT WORKING! Yes, we will need to replace our system in the near future, but I was so thankful he took the time to get it working again for now. I highly recommend Air Pro! They were professional, took the time to answer questions, and their price was very reasonable.

It was 110, Saturday and Father's Day weekend. We thought our chances of getting someone out to repair our A/C were slim to none, but then we called Mike at Air Pro Heating and Air Conditioning. He called us back within a few minutes and was at our home in an hour. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the A/C motor and we had cold air within two hours of our call. He couldn't have been any nicer and we would recommend him to anyone.
