Mike has his associate's degree in Architectural Engineering from Norwalk Community College. He owned and operated Bronko Carpentry and Design for over 25 years before creating Bronko Construction with his son, Seth, in 2011. A master carpenter, he gained a reputation as running one of the best home framing companies in the area.
Seth graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Communications. A week after graduating he filed the paperwork and founded Bronko Construction along with his father, Mike.
An active member of the community, he's served on various committees and boards including the Naugatuck Economic Development Corporation, Naugatuck's Board of Finance, the Naugatuck Education Foundation, Naugatuck Valley Health District board of directors, town committee.Bronko Construction is a general contracting company founded in 2011 by Mike and Seth Bronko, a father and son team.

It was a pleasure working with Bronko Construction. They delivered as promised on the construction of my garage. They were extremely helpful in helping my wife & I understand the construction process which was critical as the garage represented our first ever building project. They were very patient with our lack of knowledge in this venture. Bronko Construction also communicated exceptionally well in that they responded promptly to every call, email, and text message.They did quality work and as such we are extremely happy with this build.
