I called you earlier about your technician getting sewage in my room while he worked above us. You were quick to hang up to call your technician. Never got contact info or called back. I expected that he would come by after you spoke to him and he left. I am already in isolation with my family while I am out of work while im sick, and I had to throw away our bathroom supplies, toothbrushes, TOILET PAPER, towels etc. I told the front office and they gave me rags and told to clean up someone else's sewage your technician leaked in our unit, and failed to offer assistance even. Professional service and follow through...will defiantly use again if and when needed....the only problem was with the person handling the phone and that was resolved when another lady took my callback and it was handled effectively and professionally...so personnel are first rate at the job site...just follow through may be you making the callback and not waiting for their possible lackluster secretary

I wanted to send a note to say thank you for the workmanship and getting that job done! Brian did a great job reconstructing our train wreck. He made five 90's look like a modern art masterpiece! I only wish I had had my camera on me when it was still open, so I could have taken a picture. Also, the other guy, your closer, did a great job making the vault look 10x better when you left, than it looked when they started (see pic).
Despite the costs of this correction increasing considerably, the work your guys put in really made the expense worth while. Thank you!
