John and Chris did an amazing job. Great teamwork, professional and hard working. They had such a positive attitude and ensured my septic system was working properly. They helped me understand the problem with tree roots and how to properly maintain our system. Other companies only wanted to replace everything. They went above and beyond to service our system explaining the pros and cons upfront. Highly recommend!

Damon and his company are simply the best in the business! Extremely hard working and reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They discovered that our newly purchased home had a second septic tank that nobody knew existed, fixed it and got it back in perfect shape! Our septic alarm went off during a week of bad snow and I called several companies who couldn’t come out due to the weather. We were stuck in a hotel, unable to use the drains at our own house, until we found this company. The last week of October, 2021, the technicians Aaron and Skyler responded to our call for a leak at our outside drainage mount. They were on time to our appointment and they were clean and professional. They were very personable and shared their knowledge of our system , that was very informative. Our experience with Sterling Septic went very well and relieved our worry of ending up with an expensive repair bill, which we did not. We will not hesitate to use them again if ever needed.

Had our tank pumped by Damon and Aaron on a day when we had several inches of snow on the ground and all the roads were a sheet of ice. They showed up to work and on time on a day when most other businesses had to close. They worked fast and were very nice and professional and had to work on my patio that was crowded with all my junk.
