It was New Years Eve and the worst tragedy happened. My wedding ring was accidentally flushed down the toilet. It was awful. It was valuable but the emotional value was priceless. It fell at the end of the flush but it was gone. We stopped all water use in the bathroom and called Friends Plumbing New Years Day. Jeremy was our New Years miracle. He removed the toilet and stuck a camera down the pipe. I burst into tears when I saw my ring. He struggled and fought with the pipe, the ring ,the vac and everything. About 2 hours later he finally pulled it out. Yes it was a miracle.

Scam artists. I talked to dispatch and they told me one thing, and then the plumber who came out told me something completely different.
He didn't even come in the house and quoted me $900 an hour and wanted $200 on the spot just to talk to me.
We just had a pretty straightforward snake job from a stack on the roof to clear a clog.

We have used Friends for almost 20 years. We have a guest house built in 1884 and parts of the main house date back to 1948. While much is new some is very old and challenging. While this may not make us everyone's favorite customer, it is has made Friends our only plumbing service. Nothing has been so antiquated or old fashioned that they couldn't resolve our problems at very fair charges. Yes Dan knows us, but so do Ryan and Mario and problems are always resolved with clear explanations, suggestions for avoiding repeat incidents, and prompt service when needed.

Came on time and repaired a rusted old leaking faucet switching out a galvanized to copper connection that was leaking in the wall along with a few additional smaller plumbing jobs. Excellent service and explanation of what they were going to do, what they did and then completion. Every plumbing company should operate professionally like this.

I had a slow leak coming from a loose connection where the technician had installed a bidet. Not realizing this, at 1 a.m. I was woken up with a flood that had at least an inch of water in the bathroom but it had slowly spread to the adjoining bedroom and small hallway. After a few hours soaking up the water with towels and a wet/dry vacuum we realized that the water had seeped under my laminate floors. We called Friends Plumbing as soon as they opened. They quickly had a restoration company come within the hour to begin drying the area thoroughly. Unfortunately there was significant water damage

Had a clogged toilet, after 4 different times and 3 days later that they showed up finally got a toilet to flush, still not right. After they left I noticed a bottle of pills missing, called the police and filed a report, called Friends to talk to a Manager, never heard back from them. They will not be coming back to my house. Not sure which of the 4 different people that come out took them, but someone did. Narcotics department has the case now. I should have known from all the different prices that I was given, and all the different people they sent out that they were going to get me one

I just had some work done by their associate "Bobby." He was AMAZING! Friendly, honest, accurate work delivered in a timely manner. He walked me through each step before he started, and never left me wondering what was next. He even made a suggestion on how I might fix another problem. What a pleasure!

A few days after this review I wish I could give lower. I heard the plumbing staff saying (doors are very thin) they "could not locate the problem" and "couldnt get it to go down." This was around 3pm, they left the site around 4pm. Around 5pm there was raw sewage backing up into my kitchen and bathroom, after a few frantic calls to my leasing manager who also handled it poorly a plumber showed up about an hour later. Now I am at a loss for personal property.

We try to do our own home improvements whenever we can, but all the guys at Friend’s are so knowledgeable, nice and fast. They always do a great job and their prices are reasonable. We have used Friend's Plumbing for over 20 years and the plumbers have always been very competent, professional, and pleasant, too. Today Bobby came to replace a garbage disposal and he was efficient, and knowledgeable. He even captured a lizard that had gotten into the kitchen, and released it outside! (Thanks Bobby!)

Toilet not flushing properly. Asked for Dave to respond...as he did a GREAT job last time. Unfortunately, Dave has moved back to Ohio.
Was given the dreaded 3 hour window 1-4 pm on Thursday. Called the office at 3:50...was told they were "running behind". Employee, Nickie called, per my request, and FINALLY showed up at 4:45....You cant even show up on time...within 3 hours?? Nickie checked the toilet and said for him to use the auger, it would be $139. If that did not fix the problem, he would have to snake the line, an add'l expense. While Nickie was augering with the 6 foot

At 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon, my exterminator drew my attention to my leaking water heater. I called my brother who deals in rental properties and asked if he could recommend a reliable and reputable plumbing company.
He replied "Call Tom at Friend's Plumbing and tell him I sent you."
By 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning, Tom confirmed by appointment for Thursday morning between 8:30 and 8:45.
Dan Ball arrived at 8:40 Thursday morning and immediately summed up the situation, gave me an amazing and affordable quote and within 3 hours of his arrival
