Bayonet is a very timely and professional business!! Tammy called me about 15 minutes before the repairman showed up and informed of his arrival. They also text me with a picture and brief description of my repairman. Now, to the repairman, HUMBERTO was amazing!! He came in, asked the problem, got straight to work and we joked around a little and talked about some different places we've been. He's the type that I would have as a friend outside of his job!! Bayonet promptly sent a review button to make sure we were satisfied with his service!! I will ALWAYS use Bayonet!!

Bayonet is a top notch service with extremely knowledgeable and professional technicians. We have the pleasure of having Paul come out a few times and every time out, provided great service. Today we had Humberto and TJ come out to replace a toilet and to fix another toilet. Quick, efficient, and great professional work done once again. I thought my Air-conditioning Unit was not working. For three weeks there was no service coming from it
Only .because it was turn off and we did not realize that was what had happened. I called the repair company from who.I had just paid ,$15000.00 for the unit I explained how expensive than company are. He came inside look on the thermostat went back outside to where the fan was take off the screws left them on the concrete floor come back inside and told me the electrical system was no good.On the wall outside there is a covered area with some connections he turned it upside down and leave.He

Bayonet installed the central air unit in my house (new construction) and installed the drain on an incline, instead of a decline. Due to this the until would not drain until that basin was almost completely full. This was not a problem until recently because all of the growth in the stagnant water, which in-turn actually held the safety switch down, causing it to overflow. Unfortunately, I was not home so it ruined the wall, carpet, and the ceiling on the 1st floor. Bayonet would not even install the drain properly for free. I explained that I would not hold them responsible for all other damage

Gary Capes, technician, is the nicest most professional person I’ve ever met in my life. I am a district manager for a service company and would love to have a store full of Gary Capes! Hard working, friendly beyond belief, knowledge and exceptional attention to detail. In the last two days I’ve dealt with three technicians from Bayonet plumbing. All were nice but Gary is AMAZING!! Real treasure there guys! Take good care of Gary. Teammates like that are harder and harder to find. Trust me. I interview people almost every day!

Paul was AWESOME!!! I was running late and he was patient enough to wait for me. He was respectful of my space and used shoe covers and was very attentive. My sink was repaired quickly and the issue was explained to me and he even showed me the parts that was an issue. Please treat Paul to lunch for providing such AWESOME service.
