What follows is a glowing service review, and a great example of professional response. Please read to the end.
Ray was the first service man to come to our home. He was there to install a dishwasher for us. Four things went wrong with that visit.
First, a line valve to our refrigerator got opened accidentally by Ray during the installation. When the water was turned back on, it flooded our hardwood kitchen floor. Ray said nothing about this until my wife and I noticed and mopped up the mess.
Second, our faucet connections were leaking for the first time after the dishwasher was installed.
Ray was the first service man to come to our home. He was there to install a dishwasher for us. Four things went wrong with that visit.

Worst company, the service tech probably didn’t even notice the job until it was already late and there was just 30 min to complete my time of commitment. He seemed sleepy completely (week day 6-8pm was the committed time he arrives at 7:58:-) in a sleepy or hung over state. He kept saying he didn’t get enough sleep. Couldn’t locate the clog, tried with his small and big unclogging snake but couldn’t even figure out. Will not recommend and he just walked out having no alternatives other than saying may be camera it out :(

Zack came to fix a major water leak outside That we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. On Christmas Day he came turned the water off and explained the issue. He was kind professional and exceeded my expectations!!! He was extremely helpful and direct!!!! I’m so happy I found the company I will be using moving forward for any plumbing needs! Ask for Zack when you call! The guy is amazing! They’re lucky to have him!

Update: They have refunded the service charge in response to my review, so clearly I need to add a couple of stars since they've done everything that could be expected to make the situation right...
I called them when my water softener failed, releasing resin beads throughout my home's plumbing system. The emergency help I needed was to temporarily bypass the water softener and to unclog the fixtures throughout the house so my family could use the water. I hadn't noticed that the water softener had a built-in bypass valve, which would have been easy for a professional plumber to point out to me

Justin was awesome! A leaking faucet was holding up closing on a home I was selling. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get on the schedule that day. The price was very reasonable, especially considering it was basically an emergency service call. The tech, Justin was on time, clean, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend! I’ll be using them in the future.

Justin did a great job replacing two bathroom faucets and upgrading hardware below. He was thorough and made sure the job was done right. He brought two single handle Moen faucets, which is a good brand with a lifetime warranty. A little more pricey than other faucets but gave me the option to pick out something cheaper if I wanted to. I like the flexibility but went with the recommendation. They look great!

I didn’t write a review initially since most people only take time to write reviews when they are not happy and I was happy. I am writing a review now because they have amazing customer service. I called them months later with a question about a water softener they installed and they very next day they had someone at my house to make sure it was working the way it should. That separates this company from others. They take price in their work and have great customer service.

Since my 1st call to Emergency Master Plumbing exceeded my expectations, I called to have them come out and install a new faucet in main bathroom.
Thomas arrived in the morning and quickly discovered that it was a more involved process and began cutting and removing the heavily calcified fixture.
He did a great job and I appreciate the great communication from Heather as she is very responsive to calls and texts.
Note: Emergency Master Plumbing is coming back for another project - install new kitchen sink, faucet, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
They are a huge part in my kitchen/bath transformation
