I contacted Sunland to do some work at our home. After describing the work to Kim (their Office Manager) and asking for some references she had Steve (the Owner) call me. We had a wonderful conversation and he shared with me that his firm wouldn't be the best choice to do the work I had envisioned. Such honesty from a contractor is rare. LOL
He did provide me with the names of two firms that he thought highly of to do the work.
I would highly recommend Sunland on the basis of their honesty and integrity. BRAVO!

Nick and Ryan are who I see most. They are amazing. They are courteous, efficient, friendly, on time, and reliable. Andrea and Kim are the same and work hard to schedule the work to be done when you need it. Most important, they show up and actually do the job, a rarity these days. My church has used them for used them over 13 years and they have worked in my home as well. I very highly recommend Sunland. This is NOT a paid advertisement, it's really true!

Sunland did an amazing job of repairing a plumbing problem created by Rebath. They did the repairs for a fraction of the cost of other Plumbers.
Sunland was Prompt and Professional. Very honest company, and they really care about people. They took their time and documented all repairs and gave accurate estimates on their work. Strongly recommend Sunland.

This company is the best. The tech Nick was on time and very professional. He took his shoes off to enter my home. Very informative and honest with what needed to be done to the A/C. I was told last summer by another company that no one can even spell, that my unit would need replacing in 2 years maybe sooner. Nick made it clear that it was in perfect working condition with no issues. I will be a long time customer. Thanks Sunland.

From the moment I called to the moment the job was completed, Andrea and Ryan were very helpful, courteous, and listened. In the scope of all their customers, mine was a minor home AC part replacement, yet I was treated fairly and fully like my needs were the most important. And they took care of the warranty claim. We had a water leak under the sink in the master bath. Turned out to be a hot water leak under the slab. David located the leak in the hallway wall, capped it off until service men could arrive. They arrived 3 days later, ran pipes overhead & to the hot water heater in the garage rather than in the slab, also running another pipe next to it, just in case the cold water sprang a leak. Drywall men came the next day and repaired drywall doing a beautiful job achieving the same texture as the existing paint job. Three days later (Monday) the painters came ...you'd never know the walls had been cut

We rarely write 5-star reviews but Sunland Heating and A/C is one very deserving. Purchased a min-split a/c system for the garage 2 years ago. The product is great and the customer service is even greater. I called Andrea a few days ago asking about self maintenance for the system and help in locating filters. Andrea had immediate answers and filters located the next day. She also dispatched Nick for a quick 2-year PM (preventative maintenance) appointment. Nick was so patient and gave a quick maintenance-101 and then a primer on A/C in general. Rare to see service like this, thanks again Sunland

I am a resident of Sun City (over 55 community) and have seen many businesses take advantage of older citizens. NOT SUNLAND. TRUST them as they stand behind their work and want the customer to be totally happy.
We had 2 rooms that did not have air/heat. They recommended putting in a ductless system / a mini split. PERFECT solution. Impeccably installed.
We also replaced our existing roof unit with a brand new unit that is much more energy efficient. And another perfect installation.
And what an INCREDIBLE

Sunland Plumbing is THE BEST!! I had my park model pipes re-done, and Sunland did the work. I had an unrelated plumbing issue a few weeks later, and I called Sunland. In both cases, the technicians who came to do the work were respectful, helpful, efficient, hard working, and knowledgeable. I appreciated their expertise. I would like to tell about my experience with Ethan at Sunland Plumbing. I am a realtor and had a plumbing "emergency" at a home we have for sale. 2:30 on a Friday afternoon I get a call saying the water main is broken at the house what should we do? This house in in Sun City Grand, I called 10 plumbers, no one could be here today. Will Monday morning work? NO! Ethan was on his way home from another job, said I can come right now and twenty minutes later he was there. Ethan is very professional, and got to work quickly completing the job. We had to have our main water line replaced from alley to the house, They estimated it would take the full day and possibly part of the next- the invoiced amount was to be $3100 total -
Two men did the job in 2.5 hrs and when I was surprised they finished so fast the guy in charge said "it was an easy job".
I called the office to pay and the owners wife was shocked also that they were done and said she'd rework the estimate.
They took $200. off, that is all.
When I expressed concern over the small amount they deducted she spoke to the owner and he took another $150 off.

Great customer service! Rick came out to perform a routine maintenance on the air conditioning. He showed me a part that concerned him that may have been a problem in the future. He took the time to show me and explain it to me. I had him replace it and after the replacement he took the time to show and explain the new part. Great company! Thanks! I would definitely recommend Sunland to anyone. I had been having problems with my AC for a couple years, and had dealt with another company that only wanted to come out and sell me repairs I didn't need and still not fix the issue. Marty came out at 6am and had me fixed up in no time. Very reasonable rates, honest, and not just trying to sell me crap I don't need. Going through what I've been through the last couple of years, it is very refreshing to find a company that it interested in helping people. Top notch! Thanks again
