Great find. Called and spoke w "..one of the Jeffs", about a battery. He was professional and knowledgeable about his product. Looking around seeing all they do and what they carry was eye opening.

Their estimate was reasonable. They finished on time and on budget. It's like a brand new trailer for way less! New roof, nose, and rear gate seals. They even had our axles and brakes serviced by a Sub while the trailer was there saving me a trip to another shop. They upgraded trailer lights to LED. Friendly service. Good work. Glad I chose Accent.

Got the roof on the Rv replaced. Travel trailers are made so cheaply these days. These guys offer a ten year or 18 year warranty. Looks good. If it lasts the ten years, it will be a solid investment. No one wants to spend money on a roof, but whatever. The guys have good customer service and the roof was done sooner than originally quoted, so it was a positive experience overall.

It pains me to say this, but this place fell really short to my expectations. I took my RV there to get some warranty work done and it took the business almost 7 months to give me my RV back. At first it was the manufacturers fault and in the end the manufacturer fixed their problem and then it became Accents fault.
long story short, they were to fix some things on my RV that required repair. They fixed about 25% of the issues and it was extremely hard to get in contact with them. As a matter of fact, they still have my panels that the manufacturer sent them to fix and I could not get a hold of

We had a A/C unit added to our pop up camper and I can't tell you guys how amazing our experience was from start to finish... we are so happy we choose this place ... Jeff the owner is supper nice and easy to talk to... we made a 45 minute drive to shop and it was so worth it...if you are looking for a place to get work done for ur RV/Camper this is totally your place they won't let you down.
