The Stucco-Lok removable flashing is designed to prevent shattering of the parapet stucco by allowing re-roofing without bending up the reglet. The reglet provides an expansion joint to prevent roof heat from cracking the stucco. The expansion joint is also a plaster ground which saves the cost of a curb board where sheathing is needed.

Horrible customer service! We ordered three skylights two months ago. We were told that the skylights have shipped twice by Don the manager.
The skylights were never shipped he lied he lied to me and he lied to my coordinator Jonny.
This is the second time that they have dropped the ball with an order. We ordered a couple of stocks skylights from them a few months prior and it took over three months to arrive. The owner was indignant when I spoke to him on the phone and had nothing to say except he did not have a boss and had no one to answer to.
