When our technicians give you an estimate, they will suggest whether repairs need to be done or if the entire unit needs to be completely replaced. A repair can work to fix a specific problem, however it cannot necessarily guarantee the condition of the rest of the system. As far as roofing goes, unfortunately, some companies will recommend a full roof replacement when just some repairs are needed.
I had gone through the entire home in sections doing replacement windows with a another company. Each job was about 14 windows. On the last section which was only 5 windows, the company said they can't come out for that small of a job! Never mind I had completed 3 huge jobs Prior and what am I supposed to do now?

John Rose immediately came out and within three days provided an estimate. I was dealing with holes in my roof for a month and a half and I called four other roofing companies out to my house, some of which never called me back after realizing they weren't going to be able to convince my insurance company to pay for a whole roof repair, and others who never came out despite speaking with them on the phone multiple times.
So far as I can say, this is a very reputable roofing company which

Town and Country installed a new roof on both my home and our rental home. John Rose was instrumental in taking the time to meet with the insurance adjusters and review the damage he saw with them for both homes. He also accepted the insurance settlement for our home. On the rental, since the roof was so old, we did not get much from the insurance company. John worked with us to make it all work. The gutters also had to be replaced and their gutter guy Joey was very good/professional and easy to work with, and best of all did a fantastic job, going above and beyond. We were selling our home in Colleyville and needed some roof repair done, prior to closing. Robert was very responsive and made certain we were able to get the work scheduled and completed within the small window of time we had available. He was very attentive and followed up to make sure we were pleased.

Town and Country Roofing is extremely professional and thorough. They inspected the roof within an hour of our initial phone call. The roof was completed within days and they provided photos of each phase while it was being completed. The communication was excellent! Most contractors you have to chase and call repeatedly. Not Town and Country Roofing, they are eager to serve and their communication is very professional. I highly recommend.

Rob Nelson managed the projects all the way from first contact to completion. Hands on, responsive, and excellent communication skills made the project successful. Steep roof (18/12 pitch), lightning rods and 3 chimneys made this project a real challenge which Town and Country handled flawlessly.
