Kelly did a great job. He is very professional and knows his business. He explained what he needed to do, what it would cost, and how long it would take. The work came out wonderful. The carpet looks almost new. "Almost" because it is 25 years old and this was the first time it was ever cleaned. Highly recommend.

The best in service, quality of work, thoroughness and master of his work. We had carpet cleaning, grout cleaning and grout repair. We bought some used couches that were covered in a white multi-blend cotton fabric that needed cleaning. After calling 3 cleaners no one wanted to touch the job because of the fabric. Kelly came out and spent 3 hours carefully cleaning the fabric. He explained how to take care of the fabric, how to make it dry evenly, and he gave me some spot cleaner.
After the cushions and couch were dry we put them back together and couldn't be happier! They look like brand new and we get lots of compliments about them.

I had made an appointment last week with this company and they were late so I had to cancel. However Kelly came and apologized by saying it is often hard to get to people on time some days because he doesn't know what to expect when they get to a cleaning job. He said "the customers happiness is more important than money." He again apologized and said he just wanted to make the customer happy. With that -- he will come tomorrow morning to clean my little area carpet.

This merchant has a groupon advertised for 7 rooms. Our company purchased this voucher because we are moving into a new office and needed the floors cleaned. When I called to make an appointment I made it clear right away that we were an office building and not a home. No where in the groupon did it say not eligible for commercial service. The gentleman proceeded to argue with me, yell at me and talk over me when I was trying to explain to him that the fine print did not exclude offices. I’ve been renting for 4 years. When I moved in I had my carpet cleaned by 2 different carpet cleaners. 1 week apart cause they just couldn’t get the stains out. I gave up on the carpet. This is my last Christmas in this house so I wanted to decorate but wanted clean carpets. So I tried one more time. Naims came to me same day and cleaned my carpet beyond my imagination. I stand behind there service, friendliness and professionalism. They are a 5+ company. Don’t use anyone else. You get what you pay for. I paid for the best. And I got the best.

Had them clean my carpets after recently moving into a new apartment with so called clean carpets. I couldn't believe how fast and thorough Kelly was. I personally would not recommend this company. Showed up an hour late without a courtesy call to me to say that they would be late. At 45 mins late I began to get aggravated and had to reach out to them. They said they would be here in 10-15 mins, they were not, so I cancelled and decided to go with a different company. I wouldn't work with this company on principal alone.

Saw an ad for Naims for 7 rooms for $77 so I called and set up an appointment for Saturday. Kelly showed up and was extremely knowledgable and professional. We needed some set in stains treated more thoroughly than the pre treatment include but even with that, he did 3 bedrooms, 2 hallways, living room dining room and family room, all for $112 with tax. Our carpets have never looked better! We had Zerorez out about 6 months ago and they had to come back out due to sloppy work. Even after the 2nd cleaning they didn't look as good as they do after Kelly took care of them. We've recommended
