We went to Coconut after having disappointing experiences with another big name. We have had carpets, couches, and tile done. The staff is very polite and quick. They do a very thorough job in a short time. Most importantly, they show up in the time frame promised!! We are very happy that we found them.

Everything from the booking experience to having the guys show up was perfect. Sherri was very responsive and even was able to get my service set up via text message which was helpful while I was busy with work. The techs Jacob and Mateo were truly stellar. Extremely kind gentleman, very thorough in their explanation and did an excellent job cleaning. I HIGHLY recommend Coconut cleaning. They cleaned my carpet as well as my ceramic tile and I am very pleased with the results.

Would HIGHLY recommend Coconut Cleaning for your carpet cleaning needs. Had them come out to clean the carpeting on the stairs, in the loft area, and three bedrooms (2 kids bedrooms, 1 guest bedroom) and closets. Trevor and Jordan showed up within the two hour window given (they gave 20 minutes advance notice that they were on the way). They were very courteous, very efficient, and were able to remove stains that were of unknown origin or source that had been there quite a while. After they were complete, they asked me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction - and I was very, very impressed

We recently moved and needed the carpet of our new house cleaned. My husband called, received a quote, and scheduled the appointment. The team was nice from the first phone call to the day of the service. The only complaint was that the quoted price was not the final price. Not sure if the on-site team added services that were not originally included in the original quote, but a little disappointed that the price was higher than anticipated. Despite this, the carpet was cleaned and I'm happy with the end result. Our cat loves it.

Nano is seriously amazing! My carpet was horrendous and he made it look like it was brand new. This is the best company I've ever seen. The customer service is by far like nothing I've seen. The ladies that set up my appointment were spectacular. They were so sweet and we're so helpful. I didn't know the process of carpet cleaning and they went step by step to help me better understand the products they use as well as the machines. I hand a closet company out installing some items and sadly they never protected our almost white carpets. needless to say, they left marks everywhere they worked. I was mortified! I was surprised but happy to hear back from Coconut cleaning after posting my review. They were very pleasant and very disappointed that I had such a bad experience. Even though I'm no longer in warranty, she offered to issue me a refund and I found this extremely impressive that they are making this right. I received a text from our techs 30 minutes prior to the appointment, as promised, which I appreciated. Lucas and Ryan were friendly, ready to answer any questions and quick to get to work. We had two 9' x 12' area rugs and one room of carpeting cleaned and the price was very reasonable. It only took them about 30 minutes and they were careful to place guards on all the corners of the walls to prevent any damage from the hose. I'm pleased with how the rugs look and would definitely recommend this team and this business.

Absolutely an amazing company! I called their main office for an office cleaning, they asked me what dates would work. Within a few days Todd came out checked out the office and provided me a very affordable quote. Great customer service! They then told me they'd come back the next Friday between 2pm-6pm (super flexible!) The day of the cleaning they called me 30 minutes ahead of their arrival. Well when you know you've got in-laws coming to town in two days and your floors are straight up filthy and your need help... where to start!
