The service I receive from Rooter-Chris PLUMBING is OUTSTANDING! I have used this company about three times, and it is truly a pleasure working with this black-owned and operated business. Chris is a true professional who is detailed and makes sure the job is done right. He quickly diagnosed my issue and reviewed repair options, as well as pricing. I have used this company about 4 times and was definitely happy and satisfied each time. Charles was my tech for kitchen faucet replacement and bathtub faucet replaced. Then he came another time to replace sensor on the hot water heater. Then just Friday Juan came out and found a leak outside by the water meter. He was also great. Then Saturday Charles came out with a fellow employee and they fixed the leak outside which had my water bill high for the past 2 months. I knew something was wrong. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. The technician sent to my home wasn’t very knowledgeable and only expressed concern about receiving his service call fee. He left my home without repairing one thing. When I called the owner Chris to inquire about service and fees he was not helpful either. I received poor customer service and I am highly disappointed that I spent my time and money allowing this company to come to my home. Do yourself a favor do not call or allow a warranty company to send this company to your house.

Amazing!!! Juan was the tech who worked on my home. He was very professional,knowledgeable;and intelligent.He was unrelenting while trying to unclog my sink drains and tub drains.I am beyond happy to now be able to use my sinks and drain my bath tub. He also assessed my water pressures and I will be having this company fixed that in the future. I am a customer for any future plumbing issues. It is reassuring to get excellent customer service. Great customer service. Chris sent out a plumber the same day I called. The plumber was very friendly and helpful. He made sure to answer all my questions and even pointed out a couple of simple fixes I could do myself. The price was reasonable, and the job was done correctly. I will definitely use them in the future, and would recommend them to everyone.
