If you need septic services Tony is your man. During the routine system check, it was discovered that my 30 year old system had failed. Tony was knowledgeable, upfront and honest about the steps that had to be taken next. During the permit process we ran into frustrating delays. Tony called and visited the permit office repeatedly to expedite the process. Once the permit was granted, The A-1 National team installed the atypical system in only 2 days. We needed a local company to pump our septic for routine maintenance. Not having any issues. We were very disappointed for a couple of reasons. First, they left a mess after they pumped in a yard. Second, we had a terrible smell a day or so later. Tried calling the company but they never called us back. We found out this can be common when the tank gets empty and takes a bit to fill back up. We would use a company that was more customer service oriented next time. A bit disappointed.
