Made an online appointment-3room special for $89. And if you book online you get 5%off. But then I was told that that's only if it's over $100. Which on the website doesn't say that. Made an appointment for 2pm-4pm. I was told that the technician would call 30 min prior to his arrival. It was 3:40pm and no call, so u called the 1-888 number- she said she would call the technician and call me back. I waited a half hour and called back again. She said the technician was suppose to contact me. In the end the technician wasn't available and he had to send the ticket to another.

I can't warn you enough about staying away from this company. They seem to be just an answering service with some freelance cleaners. I never got to find out because they never showed or even called for my first appointment, and at the end of the two hour window for my second appointment, they called to say they couldn't come and would try to be there 3 to 4 hours later. Meanwhile, I had left work early for the first appointment, and sat around waiting through the second appointment
