I rung off the threaded connection to the stop valve for my kitchen sink hot water line on Sunday afternoon during a DIY project. Due to the nature of the damage, I had to secure water to the whole house to stop the leak. Dave came out at 530 pm when he was supposed to be watching the game with friends and family. He showed up right away, installed a new valve, and saved me a lot of grief from my family. I appreciate his craftsmanship, professionalism, and compassion.

Mr. Richardson was quick to diagnose and address my plumbing concerns. He located and repaired a leak in an upstairs bathtub that had stained my ceiling. He not only helped me but recommended other companies for different home issues. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know. He’s a true professional with old fashioned values that are so hard to find theses days.

Dave was incredibly professional and extremely efficient in getting out to our house to help get our sink and faucet installed. Within two days of my boyfriend calling, Dave came out and gave us a quote after he inspected what needed to be done to complete our kitchen remodel. The following day he came and completed the work, ensuring everything was up to code and done properly. He demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and even went as far as giving us reputable contacts for electricians to assist us in making sure our kitchen got completed in a timely manner. Very reasonable pricing

I’m doing a diy kitchen install, I saw Dave’s truck at a stop light and knew I would need some help installing the plumbing so I took a picture of his truck and I’m so glad I did. Within two days he was at my house for a quote. He told me he would be able to do the work the next day. When he showed up in the morning I wasn’t quite ready and he said no problem he would come back… most plumbers or big companies would have had me reschedule but it was no problem for him. We had a leak from our well pump. Richardson plumbing not only came out in the evening, but ran to get parts and worked through evening so we didn’t go without water overnight. We had a problem with air in a pipe a couple weeks later, he again came out right away and Refused any payment. Very knowledgeable, quick service and did an excellent job with the repairs! Highly recommend!

I called this service on a whim after many failed attempts from a prior
plumbing service whom did not correct a reoccurring issue of a clogged toilet in two of my bathrooms at my condo. The
plumbing on property is outdated and the toilets kept backing up which this time created a flood on lower level backed up toilet. I panicked and called this company on a whim and turns out it was the best service call I ever made.Dave the owner called me back promptly early the very next day which was a Sunday and agreed to drive out.
