I called last night for a morning service,. They called this morning said they were 20 minutes away, he arrived in 15 minutes.
Seth F., was very professional and friendly. I showed him what I did in the last 24 hours. He used a big commercial sewer snake and cleared 100 feet of the sewer line. Currently all restrooms are functioning properly. Seth did a great job, he also thoroughly cleaned up the area many thanks.

They will knock lightly and leave so make sure you are by your door all day because you won’t know when they are coming because they don’t call first. Also this was the third time they were supposed to be here. The first time they never even showed up and rescheduled for a week later then they couldn’t finish the job because they can’t redo the damaged floor. So now we have no tub and are supposed to wait until they can come back out. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I wish I remembered the name of the plumber who came out (he had curly hair and was tall). I was recommended to use another local competitor, but it didn’t coordinate with my schedule, so I opted to try Performance Plumbing and was pleased with the professionalism, friendliness, responsiveness, communication (they give you an idea of when the tech will show, but give you a call ahead when ready so you can get home if needed), and attention to concerns or questions.

Spoke with Mallori this morning, who knew right away what the issue was with my lame explanation. She was able to find someone who was on a site nearby, to come to our house next. Responsive, punctual, friendly and efficient. Office staff got a technician to my house within 2 hours of my call. Tech Gabe got right to the problem and cleared a sub-slab clog that was causing toilet waste to back up into shower drain. Estimate was provided up front and final cost was exactly as estimated. An unexpectedly pleasant outcome to a day that clearly started on a different track.

The communication with Performance Plumbing at the beginning was rough to say the least and left a sour taste... HOWEVER, after talking with Mike, we were able to work things out and get them over to provide us an estimate ASAP (and at our convenience)!
He was extremely professional, nice, and apologetic for how things were initially handled. He… provided a very thorough, top notch estimate and you could tell he’s had tremendous experience in the industry! We received an estimate less than a day later (probably close to 12 hours after he visited the house).

This was my first time using Performance Plumbing and I was very impressed. I called at 4:30 on Monday and they had someone out to the house by 1:30 the next day. He was very professional and respectful of the property. I was quoted a price and that is what I paid! This was not your ordinary small clog and required some hard effort on his part. He kept a great attitude through the whole job. I will use these folks again and highly recommend them.

We got home vacation, had a busted water heater in the attack. Called Performance plumbing and we had Seth at our house in less than an hour to stop the water from leaking down our ceiling. He had been out to… our home 2 weeks prior to fix our garbage disposal. He was so educated on his work, explained everything to me and did not once complain of the 100+ degree temp in our attack. He came back early the following week to install our new water heater. Very educated and professional plumbing company. 5 thumbs up
