Cory was very responsive, and patient during the planning process. I had some specific time frame issues that he worked within. He communicated well with any (weather related) changes in the plan. Eric and Cory were great to work with! They completed the job sooner than I expected and were professional throughout the process. If I had any questions, Eric or Cory were there to address it. Rochester Premier Roofing was great from start to finish and I would highly recommend them!
Update: Ever since the roof was completed Cory has always been available to answer my questions or come out and look into (showed up quickly) my concerns (nothing to do with the quality of work or craftsmanship - issue was with another part of the house). One in a million! Working with Cory, the entire process was simple and easy. He walked us through the entire process and laid out his pricing transparently. His crew was punctual each of the days on the job and did a thorough clean up routine every day! In the end our new roof was professionally installed and they even added value by painting our vents and chimney to cover up the rust. His pricing was fair and lower than most of the other quotes we received. I can't say enough to recommend giving them a call for courteous service, fair pricing, and expert work!

We recently replaced our roof including the decking and couldn't be more pleased. The crew was very professional and friendly. you could tell they had been together for a long time as their non-verbal communication and efficiency in the process of tear-off and re-roof was outstanding. We also appreciated how they worked around the weather so at no time was a portion of the roof left exposed to rain. After they left - the grounds around the house showed no signs of a tear-off as they were constantly cleaning up any debris and nails.

First of all I'm very meticulous in everything I do. I consider myself a craftsman. I always say "Do it right the first time". I normally perform repairs myself and rarely trust anyone working at my home. If I'm going to hire anything done at my home, I expect the contractor to perform the job as good or better than I would do myself. Eric was very helpful in explaining the process and put my mind at ease.
