Very few times do things turn out better than you expect. But Shatto delivered above and beyond my expectations. A JOB VERY WELL DONE! They were always friendly and courteous, and followed up with a call a few days laters, and again about a week later to see that I was completely satisfied. I had a Trane XL1000 installed on my home 16 years ago when it was built.

In August we had our annual maintenance service on our one year old A/C unit..which was $100. Then one month later our A/C wasn’t working so we called Shatto and they came out, said our A/C was froze up...after being off for over 24 hrs in almost 100 degree weather and said it was because our A/C filter was too good and we should buy a cheaper one, we have been using the same kind of filters for a year now (MERV 11) with no problems. I have since done a lot of research and spoke with other A/C professionals that said that was BS. They charged us another 140.00!!!! I think we where totally ripped

So earlier this year we bought our first home (Manufactured) and had it put on some fresh un upgraded land. Through the dealership, we encountered problem after problem with every different contractor they hired to do the work on our property, including problems with the dealership themselves. Yet through all that, we have agreed that the ONLY 100% genuine company we have worked with through this has been Shatto. They have always been super nice, professional, and helpful. Excellent Service, Staff is excellent, very knowledgeable, and very helpful and they saved me from a Weekend with no AC or Heat in the house. They corrected a problem at a very competitive price. The tech even stayed late to make sure it was working. Service and Staff like that are rare these days!

Shatto has the Best people in there business from start to finish. Kim was so helpful and knowledgeable during the buying process. The crew they sent to install the unit was extremely polite and respectful. They did a quality job and kept the work area clean. And the icing on the cake was I now have a Trane unit with a 10 year warranty and they have the best price around. No comparison... customer for life!

Okay, so I have to admit to you guys something.
I've lived in Starke for almost four years now. During that time I've witnessed several friends who have had horrific experiences with local contractors to the point that they had to hire outside of town. It's made me so weary whenever I've needed to hire anyone for my house because I really haven't really had personal friends who could recommend anyone reliable.
I hired Shatto Heating & Air, Inc. three weeks ago to fix my A/C unit because it hadn't been working in close to a year. We didn't need it so much because it was cold and we had heaters

This company sent out a group of young men to install our Trane Heating and Air system on our new home. The team of guys was on time. These young men were respectful, courteous, well spoken and hard working. It was a very hot day and they took short breaks and were right back to work. There was no mess left behind. All of the debris from the installment was cleaned up. A packet of information about the system was left, and instructions for turning on the system. I would highly recommend this company and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Had a new unit installed today. Great service. The receptionist who I spoke with was very nice. The service technicians answered all my questions and left the area clean.
Update 5/5/2020 had them come out and complete a yearly maintenance. Excellent service. Looks just as it did when they installed it.
