We haven't had great luck with contractors in our area, but Franks and Lane will forever be our go to heating and air people! They came out less than 2 hours after I called, diagnosed the issue within minutes and had our AC working quickly and performed maintenance - parts and labor under $400, and educated us on our specific system. Our last contractor tried to upsell us to a $17,000 system, thank you Franks and Lane!!!

We have an old system that they have worked on and were great at getting us going for the last year till we were ready for new a/c. Had them change out system and they were awesome. Very professional did the job during rain and so it was a comfortable time for us while system was down. Excellent system installed checked duct work, new digital thermostat. Cleaned up after they were finished and explained system and how to use tstat. We are so pleased and would highly recommend Franks and Lane A/C
