We had been a client of CR Lawn service for two and half years. Starting our third season with CR Lawn the new crew did not trim like the crews had done in the previous 2 years. I contacted Rich, the owner, and asked if the new crew keep up with the trimming like it had been done in the past. He came out to take a look and he said there is no way he could do that for the price we were paying, even though he was the one to quote the scope of work, prepare a contract and execute the contract. His temper got the best of him during our phone conversation and rather than having an adult conversation

This summer we engaged CR Lawn Service to mow and trim my 98 year old father's lawn on his 1 1/3 acre property. Until then he had maintained the lawn himself, and was very meticulous (he is amazing). CR Lawn Service won my father over completely on the first visit because of his promptness, courtesy, and quality of work. Dad is proud of his property, and looks forward to Connor's weekly visit. We couldn't be more pleased.
