The return call went like this. Uh this is James what do you need? After explaining what I needed ( leaf pickup) he told me he had a to many people to call and offered me the number to call his guy I declined and told him how unprofessional this was. If I'm spending money with your company try not to act like I'm bothering you or being an inconvenience.

First of all, James received our online request and responded quickly. Reese, Henry, & Michaela came to take care of our landscaping needs; and, we are so impressed with the work that was done. Reese was so kind, thoughtful, and thorough as we walked the grounds to discuss what was needed. The areas they serviced for us were filled with overgrown bushes and lots of weeds, but they were up for the task. The whole crew was delightful, and they worked so efficiently. What once was quite an eyesore is now a pleasure to view. We are looking forward to a continued relationship with Fast Act. On a scale

Always responded quickly. Thank you! Crew was helpful and professional. They cleaned out a sections of garden, mulched, cleaned a path with stone, took out a couple of bushes. They had good suggestions for some problem areas. Plan to use Fast Act again for tree and garden maintenance.

I was in town for a short amount of time and needed to get my mom's house ready to be sold. Her house had been vacant for over a year. Matthew and his crew were amazing. They dealt with a very bad situation and did so with professionalism. They were great to work with. I don't live in MI so I can't use them again, but I highly recommend using them you won't be disappointed.

Fast Act did above and beyond what we expected! They got the job done quickly and safely. It was HUGE job! Our garage wasn’t empty when it collapsed. They took care of it all! They were working in the poring rain to make sure they cleaned everything up to their expectations. Would definitely recommend these gentlemen!
