Owner ask for 1500.00 to move us to the top of the list. Still took 2 weeks. Did an adequate job but had to keep contacting them to come out/poor or no communication/NO attention to detail/did not always listen to what was ask of them . Billed for landscape and paid and Was supposed to come back out the following week to do work on the retaining wall and never showed up or returned our 3 contacts with them as to status. Was told to look over anything they missed or needed correcting and they would handle when they came back out, but never did. Made the mistake of paying them for what they did accepting

I most certainly do NOT recommend the company. A verbal estimate of $360 to $400 was given, along with the statement that my job would take 3.5 to 4.0 hours, and the final cost would depend on how long the job actually took. I asked if a written estimate was in order. I was told, "No." The crew showed up several days later and did a good job in 2.5 hours. Three days later I got a bill for $500. I complained. I was told the job was almost 3 hours (actually 2.5, I know - I was home). The cost/time to dump the trimmings also drove the price up. I complained again that the amount

Utter disrespect for me and my wife. Potential customers should be treated better. One of their workers called Mark spoke with my wife and I on Monday April 19 scheduled to meet her the next Tuesday at 9am. My wife stayed at home for almost two hours past 9 and nobody showed up. She ended up being late for work because these guys did not even have the courtesy to inform her that they will not show up. I called their number several times but no-one responded. I have tried many times to reach them but to no avail. It has been a week now and we are still asking questions about why they will confirm

We decided to redo the landscaping at our house this year. Mark did a wonderful job fixing all of our French drains, replacing old mulch with stone, taking out a few trees/shrubs, and installing sod. Our landscaping looks so much cleaner and will be low maintenance going forward. Thanks again Mark!

Mark and his team showed up on time and ready to work! Not only did they do a lovely job but they were innovative and catered to my requests with no questions asked. I felt comfortable telling them when I didn’t like something (even though I’m not one to complain) and they changed the plan around to fit my vision. They even took on some power tools in order to restructure the lattice wall they installed on my porch.
The team was so friendly and their pricing is fair for how much effort and hard work they put in. I would recommend to anyone looking to improve the look of their yard!

Ashley Nicely is so deceptive. I do not recommend using these people at all. I ask for a quote, it clearly says on it $100 and that it'll be billed monthly. At the end of the month they try to charge me $200! I confront Ashley about it and she doesn't even apologize or recognize her error. And then while waiting to get the money to pay for it they charge me $40 fee on top of that with out any warning. These people are terrible.
