They came out the same day on Dec. 28th when my hvac gave out and advised me that repairing it would cost half as much as a new system. Great finance options that really made something unaffordable, affordable. They know everything about the business and really care about their customers. I had the unfortunate pleasure of working with this company by default, my landlord had recently done business with Mario's and got a new a/c unit placed in our apartment . On thanksgiving day the thermostat shut completely off. I called for repairs and scheduled a date. No one showed up to the appointment. I called again to make a following appointment the worker shows up way earlier than the appointment time so once again I had to reschedule. A different worker comes since the other no longer worked with Mario's anymore and he as well did not fix the problem. Then we find out that we need a compressor

Amanda was amazing. Understood my problem and scheduled a tech immediately. Lee the technician arrived earlier than anticipated. He listened to me and knew exactly what the problem was. After fixing my AC he showed me how to maintain my unit to reduce the chance of this happening again. He went beyond what was needed and I greatly appreciated it. Since my husband passed it’s difficult finding company’s I can trust but Lee and Mario’s Hvac is definitely a company I will be doing business with from now on.

I was helped by Don Connell and he made me feel comfortable and was very professional and told me my best option was to buy a new ac for my home. I was trying to initially save money by repairing my leak but seeing how my ac was going on 11 years old it just made sense to listen to him and get a new unit. The financing was quick and easy and he set… up my appointment and had the guys at my house to install within 3 days of his visit. That’s apparently very quick as I heard most companies can take so much longer during the summer months to get out to you. They did an amazing job and

Had service scheduled through Lowe's but the guy never put it on his Mario's schedule, never showed.Called the company who had no idea what I was talking about. Had to keep going over it with every new person I talk to only to have them pass me on to the original person. Finally the guy Jim called into his work Mario's said he was nice. I was furious. Called Lowe's cancelled the order. The office person thought after everything Jim put me though I'd want to reschedule it, after I waited 4 hours on a no call no-show no way .To explain Mario's has a set up with Lowes to do work through them.

I'm going to make this short and sweet these guys were so professional and so quick it's kind of hard to believe, When is the last time you called up for something as big as a 16 seer 4 ton air conditioning unit, and someone had it delivered, installed and running the very next day, that should be enough right there to get your business but they were also so quick and so professional about the entire operation I just had to get on and say something, this is the second review I've ever made on anything, I even had a little bit of problem with my financing, and guess what, no problem at all, it was

I would recommend Mario's to anyone. Don was my salesman and he was excellent in explaining things I needed to know. Pro's and Con's about different units and duct work needed. He returned every call and got right down to brass taxes as the saying goes. He was great!. Brandon also was
Great at making sure everything got done the way it should be in the Install department. It took about 2 days to complete a total install AC, Air Handler, Duct system. Thermostat, All new lines. The Installers were great to work with as well. Very courteous and respectful they new their stuff.

As a retiree and on a fixed income, like most people, I was reluctant to invest in such a big expense.
Ryan took all the time I needed to explain and demonstrate the value of the new ventilation system, not only for my comfort but, the longevity of the air conditioning unit.
Ryan will return when the totally new system is installed. Thereby, being a part of the process from start to finish.
